A couple of our forms have somehow managed to allow clients to book the same time slot. I've trued to replicate the fault and don't seem able to! How can I stop this from happenming again? Thanks.

Please provide the transaction ids of the duplicate bookings of the same timeslots, so we can investigate further.

You could find the submissions IDs on your submissions page, they are under the ID column.

    How-to-View-Form-Submissions

If you do not see them, it's most likely that they're hidden, you could check the ID column on the "More Settings" option, indicated on the link shared above.

Also, do note that the widget you're currently using does not limit the user to choose the same option, they can submit the form with the same options the number of time the widget allows. If you do not need to allow your users to submit the form more than once then you could limit the submissions, here's a guide about it: How-to-limit-submissions-in-a-form

    Thanks Kevin G,
Thanks for telling me how to find submission IDs.
The ID of one of the forms that was duplicated is: 364728518312697474
However, I deleted the duplicate and the other candidate has resubmitted at a different time so I can’t supply the other ID. I could not get the fault to replicate though.
    Thanks,
    Ron

    Thank you Ron,

Since you're on an EU zone we need to forward this to our EU support team, your submissions will be checked and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Ron, we have tested this and we're not able to replicate the issue, as you mentioned you have deleted the submissions we were not able to find them. May be it was  a temporary glitch on our system or your user somehow resubmitted the form.

I would suggest you to set submissions limit following the guide provided above so you avoid users to submit the form multiple times.

If the problem happens again, please ask your submitter if he clicked on the back browser button, then on next browser button, actions like this may be triggering multiple submissions (though I have just tested this on my end and I see only one submission and alert from chrome indicating the form will be resubmitted). If you have embedded your form in a webpage, please also provide us with that so we can further check it.

    Thanks.
