    Hi,

I am assessing some eForm providers and would like to know a bit more about Jotform's features.

    ·       Are we able to complete the forms off-line and submitted when reconnected?

    ·       Do you have an API to connect with my ERP system (Netsuite)?

    ·       Can be used in Apple iPad, iPhone, Android or Windows device?

    ·       Can I add attachments to the eforms (word, excel, pdf, jpg, etc.)?

    ·       Can I download the data from from eform to excel, pdf?

    ·       Does it allow to send alerts/reminders via email/phone to users to complete the form?

    Thanks,

    Victor

Thank you for your interest in our service.

Are we able to complete the forms off-line and submitted when reconnected?

We do not have a special mode for offline data collection. However, this might be possible to use a fillable PDF form version for offline data collection purposes. Please take a look at the following thread.

How can I use JotForm to collect information offline (while in field w/no internet connection)?

Yes, we do provide API access. We also support Webhook and HTTP Thank You Redirect post data options.

Can be used in Apple iPad, iPhone, Android or Windows device?

Yes, the forms are in general mobile friendly, they can be submitted from any device with up to date internet browser.

Can I add attachments to the eforms (word, excel, pdf, jpg, etc.)?

If you are referring to the file attachments from the form users, we do support file uploads.

Can I download the data from from eform to excel, pdf?

    Yes, we this is possible.

Does it allow to send alerts/reminders via email/phone to users to complete the form?
