Hello,
I need to build a form that willl allow my customers to choose different items of interest that have a cost and I would like the form to add the different items together plus add the tax to give a total. Basically I need a mini shopping cart with only 5 items but I don't want checkout. It will just be a form submission that we will get credit information after but it's important the customer knows the total of what they will be paying later. Is there a way for me to do this with Jotform?

You can achieve this by using the Purchase Order payment tool.
Afterwards, you may start adding products, along with its options/quantities, and the payment field will automatically tally the total. I'm listing some guides below that would help you get started.

It's also worth mentioning that even if you will use an actual Payment Processor and you don't want to charge your customers immediately, some processors offer a sort of Payment Authorization to achieve that.
