How can multiple users receive the forms when submitted?

    I found the instructions, but my version of Jot Form is different than the instructions.  This is very frustrating.

    My version looks nothing like this. Help!

    I've checked your account and I can see your default builder is the previous version (JotForm Version 3 Builder).

    Do note  that the instructions for both versions, V3 and V4 builders, are provided on the guide about adding multiple recipients.

    You could try logging-in in incognito mode on your web browser in case you're not getting the V3 builder with updated wizards.  

    If you're still seeing different wizards, please share us a screenshot about it.
