    Form not displaying the feilds correctly

    this orm shows and requests two times he address, weird, can you help, we use jotform already many years,

    also everything is in portuguese, we are located in portugal, but everything need to be in english, please help

    even your site is now in portuguese

    I was able to see mentioned issue. Your live form has two address fields, but there is only one address field inside of Form Builder.

    I was not able to replicate mentioned issue on my clone form. On my cloned form only one address field is shown. Here is my cloned form: https://form.jotform.com/70736406692966 

    I have cleared your form cache. Please open your form inside of Form builder and Save the form.

    hi there,strange, now there is another mistake,it works, but it dont bring me to a thank you page, it has been send and then it even says that there are things missing, that we forgot to fill in and we only can click on going back.weird.kind regards.

    I have tried submitting your JotForm and see that there is an Incomplete values error for a field which is not being displayed on the form.

    I have checked your form and see that the field is available on the form but not displaying on the form. I saved it and now the field the displaying normally. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance.

    dear,still errors, it says a maximum of 10 mb movie, but there is no maximum,and still no thank you page afterwardsif we gonna pay jotform in the future, are those errors gonna be also this way?kind regards

    Hello disabledplanet,

    What is the actual size of the movie you are trying to upload?

    I did test your embedded form with a small image file and I was able to submit it successfully. Thank you message was also displayed. Please check the screenshot below:

    DEAR,THE MOVIE FILE WE TRIED TO UPLOAD WAS 27 MBit said it had a limit of 10 mb,this should need to be 50 or 100 mb, or even without limitskind regardsdisabledplanet

    You may change the file upload size limit from the field properties. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with changing the file upload size.

    Also, please note that the free subscription accounts are limited to store only 100MB of files and you may be required to upgrade your account in order to store more files in the account.
