The form submission is not sending emails to my inbox

I haven't been receiving submitted forms for about a year now.  I've tried every which way, up and down, deleted forms, created new ones, etc. and the form still doesn't get sent to my inbox.

Is this a problem on your end, or mine?

    Hello neeleyj,

I did check your last edited form and it seems your email address lawnladyofsteamboat@gmail.com  ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:

Result: lawnladyofsteamboat@gmail.com is IN the bounce list

Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from cs.com is NOT

That was the reason why you were not receiving submission emails form your form. I have removed your email address from our bounce list and it should wok fine now. I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.

Please note that you can yourself check if any of your email address ended up in bounce list and remove it as well. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List

If the issue persists,  I would suggest you to please use your own email address with SMTP to send submission emails. You may like to take a look at the following guide on how to use your own SMTP setting:  https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

    Thank you!
