I checked your form but I did not find your email notification settings. This email notification is the one responsible for sending emails to you when a form is submitted. The autoresponder email alert settings on the other hand is the emailer responsible for sending emails to the persons who made form submissions. So by removing the email notification on your form, you have removed your form's capacity to send emails to you.
