Can you provide us with SOC and SSAE16 reports for our IT department to conduct vendor reviews?

Can the forms be customized to look like our website brand?

Can the forms be housed on the website or will the viewer be sent to the forms secure location?

    Thank you for your interest.

Can you provide us with SOC and SSAE16 reports for our IT department to conduct vendor reviews?

The forms and submissions are transmitted securely with a 256 bit high-grade encryption. It means that the data is encrypted during the transmission and cannot be interrupted by anyone else.

Our servers are located on SSAE16 Audited facilities. We have a SSL certificate that uses SHA256 /w RSA. (https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=secure.jotform.com).

Can the forms be customized to look like our website brand?

Yes, you can use the Form Designer or the Advanced Designer to customize the forms.

You may also use apply custom CSS in the form. Here's a guide: How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes.

Can the forms be housed on the website or will the viewer be sent to the forms secure location?

Yes, you can embed the form in your webpage via the embed script or the iFrame method. Please check these guides:

    Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

Please take note that the embedded form is also secure. All submissions here in JotForm are using SSL.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, let us know.
