What should we do in order to benefit from the nonprofit discount?

    Hi.  I currently have an account and did not realize you have special pricing for non-profits.  Our account is almost filled and I need to make this swtich ASAP.  Can you please switch us from our current account to the Non-profit that is the same cost?  What do you need from me to get this done?  Thanks so much.

    I am applying and we need to renew right now because our forms will close tomorrow at 9am PST.  I will upload nonprofit articles of non-profit status and I hope that will renew immediately?  Thank you.

    While logged to your account, please visit the pricing page and/or the billing section of your accounts page and you will see that your account has already been approved to have the discounted rate for our paid subscription.

    However, I noticed that you are on a Bronze Yearly Special plan for $79.00. I would like to apologize, I'm afraid there is no plan subscription, even with the non-profit discount applied, available to match its (Bronze Yearly Special) price that has higher limits.

    You can choose to upgrade to the Silver Yearly plan $195.00 that has higher limits and you should be able to do that through your accounts page (billing section).

    Does my account reset tomorrow for the month?  If so, does that mean that my forms will not lock?

    Your account already has an older subscription that was based on our old pricing and at the same time has a discounted price. This old subscription you have is grandfathered to you I believe. You can stay on this price as long as this subscription remains active. 

    However, you have already reached your submission limit for this month, for Bronze plan you are allowed to receive 1,000 submissions per month. The submission count covers 1st day to the last day of the calendar month. It resets every 1st day of the month. 

    Your forms will be disabled on 3/28/2017. If you wish to continue to use the form immediately, then you will need to upgrade to a higher subscription plan which would be Silver or Gold. If you do not wish to upgrade to a higher plan, then you will need to wait for the monthly limits to reset which in this case will happen on April 1, 2017, once the monthly limits reset your form will be active again.

    As mentioned by my colleague, your account with username maevexcel, has been approved with the discounted price, you can check your Account->Billing page and you will see the prices discounted now.
