    Audio files are cut and can not be downloaded from the PDF.

    also. the pdf form that is saved to dropbox , the audiofiles are cut and i cannot use them to download the files

    Could you please tell us more about this issue, is the file cut like you can not click it in the PDF or the audio is cut?

    If it is possible please share the screenshot so we can check further.

    May we know the form ID or can you please share the direct form link here? So, we can properly assist you.

    Also, please try to reset the design of the PDF in the PDF Designer. Here's how:

    1. In the My Forms page, select the form and then click the "Submissions" button.

    2. After that, click the "PDF" button and then select "Customize PDF" option.

    3. In the PDF Designer, please click the "Reset" button at the top right.

    You can also customize the PDF to your own preferences. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report

    The report downloaded to Dropbox is exported in the same format as the submission PDF.  Editing the submission PDF as previously mentioned will update the PDF forwarded to Dropbox.
