I have a registration for where people can sign up for more than just one person (i.e. all the people in their family).
There are a limited number (129) spots. How can I make the form disable after all 129 spots have been filled?

Yes, it is possible to achieve this with JotForm, you will need to use a widget to add the available number of times the options can be selected.
Here're the widgets that will allow you to do it:
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/gift_registry
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/quantity_gift_registry
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/appointment_slots
This guide will help you to add a widget to your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form
Do note that the widgets will not disable the form, they will get disabled when the available number of selections is reached.
Additionally you can limit the submissions on your form, here's a guide that will help you with that: https://www.jotform.com/help/137-How-to-Limit-Submissions-in-a-Form
Hope this helps.
