Can add conditional logic for the cards where multi-line question type is used ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Adding a conditional logic feature is possible using the Multi-line Question element. If you would like to create a conditional logic on every field of the Multi-line Question element, that is also possible. First, we need to add a field to the Multi-line Question. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Multi-line Question element and click on the Gear icon.
2. Then, go to the Fields tab, and click on Add Form Element.
3. Select the element you prefer, and click on Save.

Once the fields are added, we can set up the conditional logic for the fields. For this demo, I used simple Show/Hide a field condition. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

2. Click on Conditions on the left of the page.

3. Then click on Show/Hide Field.

4. Set the conditions like you see below and click on Save.

• IF: Spouse Name (this is the field on the Multi-line Question)
• STATE: Is Filled
• DO: Show
• FIELD: Spouse Name 2 (This is a Full Name element that I added to the form)

If the Spouse Name on the Multi-line Question is filled, then it will show the Spouse Name 2 once you click on next to the form. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
