Automatic Notifications - Not Working

    We have set up to receive automatic notifications to an email address. We are not receiving notifications. At one time we were and then about 4 weeks ago, we stopped receiving those.


    We have gone in and deleted the email and then re-entered to see if that would fix the problem. It has not. This is happening on all of our forms. I have attached one form as an example.


    Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

    I have just checked your account, your email address is in the bounce list. This is due to several reasons, usually due to your mail service provider rejecting messages because of suspected spam. 

    You can remove yourself from the bounce list, follow this guide please:
