We are no longer receiving email notification when forms are submitted.

    This is a recent development. No changes on our end. Response emails are not in our Spam folders.   Please advise.

    Hello estc,

    Upon checking your last edited form, I found that your email address chrisk@estc.org ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:


    chrisk@estc.org is IN 

     the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from yahoo.com is

    That is the reason why you were not receiving submission emails. I have removed your email address from our bounce list and it should wok fine now. I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.

    Please note that you can yourself check if any of your email address ended up in bounce list and remove it as well. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List 

    If the issue persists,  I would suggest you to please use your own email address with SMTP settings to send submission emails. You may like to take a look at the following guide on how to use your own SMTP setting:  https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
