Hi We are trying to set up a form which will sit online and be started by one of our studios. They will complete the information and attach and image. This information will then be forwarded to their customer who must sign off the form. Is there a way of doing this so that it is done using one form?

For a form to be forwarded to customers, the solution that I could think of is by using email autoresponders. But this can only be used when you have an email address field on your form and set it up on your email autoresponder settings as your target recipient for emails to be sent.
So once you have an email autoresponder on your form, just add an edit link in the content for which they will be notified via email the form which they must sign off to complete. You can check this guide on how to add an edit link on autoresponder emails: https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date
Lastly, you might want to look into the Send on Edit settings of your email notification. This way, email addresses on your email notification settings will be notified once the edited form (with the signature) gets submitted.
