We use jotform for our reservation page. When we receive the information in our email that the customers send, it says the number of adults but not the number of children. I don't know why and I don't know how to fix it. Can someone help me?

Hello caltourrlines,
I did check your form's notification email alert and found that the email template does not have question "Number of Children (3-10)". Please check the screenshot below:
That is the reason why your submission emails does not display this question. Please note that if you edit your email alert, it becomes dirty. That means after editing email alert template, any changes you make in your form will not reflect automatically in email template. There are two ways to solve this problem:
#1. Manually edit the email template and add the question.
#2. Delete the existing email alert and add a new one. Please note that a new email alert will always include all the questions of your form. The following guides should help you:
Delete email alert: https://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder
Add new email alert: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
Hope this helps.

Thank you!
