Why is it overcharging my patrons or charging them up to 5 times each application?

    Can you please provide us more details about the issue? If possible, please give the form URL where you have encountered the issue. 

    If the patrons were being charged up to 5 times, perhaps it means that they have submitted your form multiple times. To prevent this issue, you may take a look at these guides below:

    As I check your web page, I notice that you are using WordPress.com website. Could you let us know if the form is embedded using embed tags in the web page as mentioned in the guide below?

    Also, I notice that there is a direct link on the web page. Could you check with the users if they are submitting the form using the embedded form or the direct link to investigate the issue further? Additionally, please check the submissions received there are any duplicate submissions for the multiple payments received.
