PDF creator

    Hi 

    Would you be able to see if you can customise the PDF report for this form. I am trying to load it with headers etc and it gets stuck each time.  Please can you advise whether it may work from a computer with a faster internet speed of if it is too big for you to also open properly in PDF creator?

     

    Would it be more likely to open if its not on the EU server?  If this is the case are there any implications of swapping back to the US server temporarily for me to try and edit the report and then switching back the EU version.

    I have created PDF report of your latest submissions and as far as I can see all headers are shown.

    I have also checked and "Show Headers and Texts" option is checked in the form submissions page.

    Were you able to resolve your issue?

    If not, please provide us a screenshot of your PDF report and tell us which headers are missing.
