For the form DPS POQ we are not receiving responses/notifications via email. The email addresses have not changed and have been triple checked.
We use this form constantly and it would be much easier to have the responses sent to our email than to download from the website.
Please help.

Thank you for reporting us.
I checked your form recipient e-mail and found them in bounce list. This is the reason why you did not receive notification e-mail.
Please note that I removed them from the bounce list. You should be able to receive notification e-mail now.
However, there are some other ways to prevent e-mail bouncing issues. I added here some related user guides about this.

You can also check your e-mail and remove from bounce list on your own.
