My clients are getting duplicate emails from my form

    boa tarde

    meus clientes estão reclamendo que fizeram um pedido só mas estão recebendo varias notificações mas na verdade só fizeram um pedido e nem si quer entram mais no site

     

    veja em anexo um cliente meu que fez 1 pedido só recebeu em varios dias diferentes varias notificações

    The notifications look to be from different submissions, they do not look to be duplicates.  Do you happen to have the email address that is receiving the extra notifications?  We can check to make sure they are not actually resubmitting the form.

    Your client made a few submissions on this form  http://www.jotformz.com/form/60123158236650 based on our email log. There is no duplicate as far as I could see it. The timestamps are different from each other. You can view your form submissions page to see the dates:

    If your other clients are also complaining about a duplicate, I would suggest re-embedding the form using our iframe method:  https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. Duplicate submissions are sometimes caused By a script conflict on the Page. The Iframe will prevent it.

    On the same form, you have two notification emails, and that's why you are getting duplicates. Please delete the other email template, here's how you can do it:  https://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder.
