Hi, I haven't been receiving the questionnaire that my clients say they fill out. They send me a copy they received yet I do not receive it. When I came to the site to check and make sure my account was looking ok a pop up came up and said you are unable to reach me, that my email address was on your bounce list. It is the right email address I don't know what the problem may be. I tried to change it (but really put the same one in because it's right) and it wouldn't accept it saying it wasn't valid. It's firstname.lastname@example.org .

Hello, I checked the email address (email@example.com) and it is in our bounce list. That's the reason why you're not receiving email notifications.
I have now removed the email address from the bounce list and you should be able to receive notifications properly now. Also, please check this article/guide to learn more on: Why-I-am-not-Receiving-Email-Notifications.
