Is my JotForm Protected From Bots?

I would like to publish my form so that my church congregation can access it, but I am afraid that it will attract or be susceptible to bots and spamming. Are JotForms protected (or can I make them protected) from such things? 

You can protect your form by adding or enabling these features to your form. Please check these guides:

How-to-Add-a-Captcha-Field - this can prevent bot from sending submissions.
How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form - your form will only accept one submission per computer or IP address.
How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question - this won't protect your form to spammers and bot but it can be useful too.
