The below form is not connecting through to our call center. Can you please check and make sure they are not on a bounce back list?

I have checked your email address and it is in our bounce list due to the following reason:
s***********s@c*******t.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 554 Blocked

I did a test email and we still have not received it. I do see it in Jotform but it has not come to us yet.

Based on the email history, I can see the emails are being sent now, here's a record from the last email sent to the address set up on your form:
Could you please check your spam or junk folder? If you find your emails there, please mark them as not spam so you receive future emails in your inbox folder, you may also add the JotForm sender to your contacts list, this way emails from this address do not get blocked.
