I would like to keep the account without loosing my Jot Forms that I have created and collected data

I saw that your account is scheduled to downgrade on 2017-05-18. You will not lose your forms or your data. 

You have 5 forms and that is the limit for free account. Total submission limit for free accounts is 500 and you have 94. 

However there will be an issue with upload storage space. Your upload storage space is currently at 179.26 MB and limit for free accounts is 100 MB. You will have to delete some submissions that have uploads. If you do not clear upload storage space your account will go ovelimit and your forms will be disabled. 

Please take note: Delete submissions are permanently deleted and can no longer be restored.

I would suggest you to download your submissions before you delete them.
