PDF Report: Why it does not look like my web form?

Hello - when I preview my form, a very nice color version appears with our logo.  We love this!

However, when I PDF any of the submissions, the format disappears, as does the color and logo.  The format and style prints out completely different than what is viewed in the preview.  I want the PDF to print out the way that it is previewed....HELP!

Here is how it prints out

    file:///C:/Users/Caroline/Downloads/3703341407138571746%20(2).pdf

The PDF report will be different compared to the web form, it cannot have the same layout since PDF readers cannot interpret all the resources a web form needs to work.

However, you could customize your PDF report and add your logo as well as custom text, please check the following guide that will help you to customize your report: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report

You could also enable the show headers and texts option on your submissions page of your form so you get all the static text and header images you have added: https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-Show-Headers-and-Text-in-the-PDF

If you have any question, please let us know.
