Hi,
I have an Upload File box on my form but it doesn't allow images bigger than 1mb. Seeing as how most phone cameras are high spec these days, all images taken are going to be significantly more than this.
Is there a way to,
1. Increase max limit?
OR 2. Select a lower definition version (High/Medium/Low Def options)
Also, If an image is uploaded, and the respondent changes their mind, how do you remove the image from the form?
Normally there is an X in the corner to remove but I can't see it here.
Any comment would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Ricky

This guide should help you change the file size limit in the upload field: https://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-File-Upload-Size-Limit.
Assuming that the file upload field is non-mandatory, you can give submitters an option to edit their submissions at a later date.
