Hello yonseigroup,
I did check check your email address yonseigroup@outlook.com and it is not in our bounce list. I also checked our email logs and found that emails are being sent successfully. Please let us know the email address with which you are having this issue with and we will check if it ended up in our bounce list.
Please note that you can yourself check if any of your email address ended up in bounce list and remove it as well. The following guide should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
We will wait for your response.
Thank you!

Hello yonseigroup,
Yes you will get submission email every time someone submits your form. I did check your form and found that you have added one auto-responder and one notification email alert. That means every time your form is submitted, you will receive email notification and a confirmation email will be sent to user as well.
Have you tested your form alreay? You have not received any submission in this month and none of your form has any submission. I would suggest you to please test your form by sending a test submission and see if you receive submission email or not.
I have moved your second question to a new thread so that we can address it separately. You will be answered in the following thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1145561
Thank you!

To test the email recipient address if it is receiving emails alerts or not, you need to fill out and submit the form. Please refer to this guide: How to Properly Add Change and Test a New Email Recipient Address.
