I am a sub user and I do not have access to my main account

Jonathan, thank you for your reply.

We don't have access currently to the email for mikegoldinfo - as mentioned, he sadly passed away very suddenly and lived on his own, we could get access to his computer, but not immediately. Are you able to see, that I, OBrandman are a user on the account? If I upgraded and started to pay myself from today, would I have access to all the forms currently shared with me? Those are the only ones I would need.

Is there a way to separate my forms, the ones shared with OBrandman, from any others that mikegoldinfo had connected to his account?

    Thanks again for your help.

UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered.

If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us.

I have checked the account that "mikegoldinfo" and could see that your account(OBrandman) is sub-user of this account with Full Access. He shared all forms with you.  However, you could not upgrade the account that has a form.

Let me explain this. Having a sub-user allows the user to provide access to another user in regards to forms. They can view the submissions and they can edit the forms as well. The sub-user should have a JotForm account in order to continue.

However, the sub-user can not change the payment plan of the main account. They only able to change their own payment plan.

So, you must access to "mikegoldinfo" account and upgrade it if you want to user form properly.

If you do not have access this account, you can clone this form to your account. However, all data in the form will not move your account. If you want to use submission data, you can export and import the data to your new cloned form.
