i´d like to have customers that register to my service and then when they log in their personal information is shown and they have access to previous forms they had summited.
is it possible with jotforms forms?

You can create Autoresponder email inside of your form. Autoresponder email will be sent to your users once they submit the form and it can contain all data that they have entered inside of the form.
You can also add PDF report, that will contain submitted data, to Autoresponder email.
If you want to allow your users to edit their submissions, you can add edit link inside of Autoresponder email.
You can also create reports of your form submissions and share it with your users. For example you can create Excel report - How to Create an Excel Report?
Or each of your users can create JotForm account and you can add them as sub account user of your account and share the forms, submissions or both, with their account.
