    How do I set up and early bird price and a higher price after the date of April 1?

    Hi Judy,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, I can help you set up an early bird price. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    • Under the Basic tab, drag and drop the Date Picker to your form. How do I set up and early bird price and a higher price? Image 1 Screenshot 90
    • Select the Date Picker and click on the Gear Icon.
    • Under the Options tab, set the Default Date to Current.

    • Circle back to the Add Form Element menu, under the Widgets tab, search for Form Calculation. Drag and drop the widget to your form. You can also set this element to hidden. How do I set up and early bird price and a higher price? Image 3 Screenshot 112
    • Go to the Payments tab and select your preferred payment processor.

    • Click on the Wand icon to access the Payment Settings.
    • Under the Payment Type, select user Defined Amount.
    • In the dropdown under Get Price From, select the Form Calculation widget that we added.

    Now you need to setup the conditions to display the desired registration fee based on date. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Conditions in the menu on the left side of the page.
    3. Select Update/Calculate Field.

    4. Set the conditions just like you see below.

    5. Finally, click on Save.
