    Good Afternoon,

My name is Bryan, I work with US Sailing. We are looking to utilize a 3rd party plugin for our forms on our website. Can you please provide me with some additional information about the scope of what we need below:

We need a form builder that has SSL, Email Routing based on specific selections (Conditional logic). Also we need to be able to export the information submitted to excel. Also if you can provide me with examples, or how it works as far as if the form is embedded. We are currently not using SSL so I’m not sure how that would look for the user filing out. I guess it would have to be a pop up to the form? Thanks for your feedback.

    Bryan

Regarding SSL, all our forms are SSL secure by default, and as they will be embedded in your websites in their own frame, they will not be affected by the lack of SSL in the hosting pages and all submissions will remain secure as a result.

Regarding email routing based on conditions, please see for example our guide on how to send email based on users answers: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer

Regarding exporting form submissions to Excel files, please see for example our guide on how to export form data to Excel: https://www.jotform.com/help/44-How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-Excel

Furthermore, we provide a Google Spreadsheet integration, for which you can see our guide here: https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet

Regarding embedding forms into web pages, please see for example our guide on how to add a form to a web page here: https://www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page

In light of the above, I believe JotForm is a perfect fit for your needs, and I am looking forward to having you as a client and assisting you further with anything you need.

    Thank you.

I just created a form by importing by link and submitted it as a test and I did not receive the email…we are very interested in using this tool but we have about 60 forms already built using gravity forms which is not working for us from a technical stand point. How can I reassure my team that this will work?

Your account was auto suspended and that happens by our anti-phishing system that checks and detects suspicious forms. The form you created (imported) http://www.jotform.us/form/71525702247150 includes fields that are against our terms of use:

I removed the password field from your form and re-activated your account.

    Thank you!

You mean the question on this thread? I think you mean this particular reply https://www.jotform.com/answers/1148425#1161759

The forms are being imported properly as far as I could see it. You can do the same for the other forms from Gravity Forms. Please note that not all fields are supported. You may need to modify the forms a little bit to match the fields.

As for the form email, I have tested your form and I see that email is sent. Kindly check if you receive it.
