Which limit am I about to reach?

    I'm getting messages that I need to upgrade. What limit exactly am I appraching?

    Hi Dino,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It appears that you are about to reach your upload space limit. Your upload space is currently at 6.98 GB, Silver plan has a limit of 10GB. The system is simply informing you that you are about to reach the limit. This limit does not reset and must be managed manually. You can free up your upload space by deleting and then purging your form submissions with file uploads to save space. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to My Forms and select the form you want to delete.
    2. Select Submissions at the top of the page to open Jotform Tables.

    3. In Jotform Tables, choose the entries you want to delete by selecting the checkbox.
    4. Select Delete in the upper-right corner, then select Move to Trash.

    Note that any deleted submissions will be saved in the trash entries folder for 30 days before being permanently deleted. You can delete them manually to immediately free up space. Let me walk you through it:

    • Open the main tab’s menu using the Three Dot icon icon next to it.
    • Select Trashed entries from the menu.
    • Click the Select all checkbox, then select Delete Forever.

    Thank you for your help. I have deleted tons of data but my account is still suspended. Can you please review.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I manually recalculated your upload space. It is now 6.30 GB / 10.00 GB, but your account seems to be still showing over the limit. So, I cleared the form cache to refresh the data. You can check this guide on How to Clear Your Form Cache. Can you please check your account again and see how it goes? If the issue persists, please let us know, and we will further investigate to better understand what is going on.
