our original card has been compromised and is no longer working. we received an email from you that our service was going to be canceled.

You can change the credit card associated with your account in the Account Billing page. Please follow this guide:
1. Login to your account.
2. Go to this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing
3. Scroll down and click the Change Credit Card.
