It seems a bot submitted over 200 submissions on our Returns and Exchanges form.
We added "Captcha" on all of our forms this morning to try to avoid this from happening again.
Seeing as how this was a one time bot, and we typically receive 2-10 submissions a week can we remain at the free account level? See attached screenshot of an excel sheet with these fake submissions.
Please let me know as soon as possible as we do not want our form to be taken down :/

We have adjust the counter to the right amount of submission you have received. You can delete the duplicates if you want to: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data
