I'm seeing a message that the email I registered with and have been using successfully for almost a year is on your bounce list. What is the problem and what can you do to fix it? Email is email@example.com.

I have checked firstname.lastname@example.org against the bounce list and it's currently not in it.
We have tried to explain the reasons that lead to adding an email to the bounce list in the beginning of our guide on how to remove an email from the bounce list here: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
Quoting from the guide above:
There are several reasons why your email address may have been added to the bounce list. It could be due to a non-existent/inactive email address, your mail server being unavailable, your email server has rejected the emails due to suspected spam, your mailbox is full or JotForm is on your blacklist. JotForm will stop sending emails when your email address is on the bounce list. Please note that high bounce rates will put our sending method at risk so we have to process the bounce messages without exceptions.

I hope this helps. If you need further assistance please let us know. Thank you.
