How can I add multiple records to a form?

Hi 

I need to know if I can add functionality that will enable the user to add multiple records?

E.g - We have a technician who has used multiple parts on his job.  He will need to add all of  the parts used to the form.  It might look something like this.

Item Number:            Item Description:           Quantity Used:

12345                       Widget 1                                2

12346                       Widget 2                                1

Is this possible?
