I get responses to my NPS survey, but I cannot tell who responded. Is there a way to get their email?

    Hello frederico3,

The only way is to go to your form's submission page and check the email address of users who have submitted your form. You may like to take a look at the following guide on how to view your submissions:  https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions

    Hope this helps.

I have done that but the respondent's email is not listed. Only the answers to my survey questions. How can I get their emails?

You will not find their email addresses, because your form users are not providing them, as there is no email field showing up in your form for them to enter their email address:

I see your survey form has an email field, however, you need to make it visible to allow the users enter their email address:

Is there a way to know who responded to my survey without them having to tell me? Can I prepopulate the form with their email or name?

    Hello Fred,

Yes it possible to achieve this. If you want to pre-populate form field with user's email address, you can do that by taking advantage of our "URL Parameter" feature. Please note that in this case if you want to send your form to 20 different users, you will have to create 20 different form prepopulation URL and send to all users separately.

You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you on how to pre-populate form field:  https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters

    Hope this helps.
