When the form is completed on line, it's suppose to be emailed to someone in our group. No one is getting them

    This problem usually occurs when your email provider rejects the noreply@jotform.com mail.

    To prevent this problem follow this guide:

    A permenant solution to this problem is to use another SMTP server to send out your mails (Gmail/Yahoo/etc). Have a look here:

    I checked if you are in the bounce list:
