How to clear my upload space?

I have the free acct now and I received a message that I have reached the upload limit space. Is there a way to free up space?

Same question for paid levels as well?

For the free user and paid plans:

To remove the uploaded files, you need to delete the submissions with the attachment file. To do that, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data

Keep in mind that deleting submissions is not recoverable. I suggest downloading the submissions before deleting it. To download submissions, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF
