Two people have recently filled out and submitted a form. Their payments have gone through and I have received confirmation of their funds in my PayPal account but I haven't received an email about their completed form and it's not appearing on the jotform screen either. Other jotforms I have used in the past have been fine so I'm not sure what has gone wrong with this one. I have included the link to the form in space below.

When using the default (firstname.lastname@example.org) sender, its possible that your email provider rejected it. Heres how you can prevent this:

Futhermore, I checked the bounce list:
email@example.com is NOT in the bounce list
firstname.lastname@example.org is NOT in the unsubscribe list
