2 emails are generated when the form is submitted

    the recipient of the completed form is receiving two email notifications.  One with a pdf and one without.  I just want to receive 1 with the pdf

    I cloned the form you provided and I noticed that there's 3 notification email. The 3rd notification email has a disabled PDF and the other has enabled the PDF. 

    To my understanding, you don't want to receive the notification email without the PDF and only the notification email with the PDF. To fix the issue, please delete the 3rd notification email. Here's a screen animation guide on deleting notification email:
