How to pass form data from one form to another?

I was wondering, can you have two forms and the data inputted on the fields be copied over to the other to save a customer duplicating their entries?
For example they fill in their name on 1st form that redirects to another form on submission and their name is already filled in on the second for?

Hey Matt, that is achievable by utilizing URL parameters on the second form, then use that prepopulated URL as the Thank You page redirect of your first form.
