It looks like my email is constantly on the bounce list. How can I fix this? I don't have another email to use, this is the email that works for me.

I have checked your email address and I can see it is currently in our bounce list, this is the reason about it:

I have already removed it so you can receive emails now, in order to avoid bouncing issues I would suggest you to follow this guide: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
I would also suggest you to add our senders as contacts or safe sender list, our senders are "firstname.lastname@example.org" and "email@example.com". You may also set up an SMTP sender, it could be your current email address, this guide will help you adding the SMTP sender on your JotForm account: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
