How do I view a form that someone has completed and sent to me?

    Hi Team,

Just trying your on-line software for possible future use.

But when I did a trial 'Submit' all I received was a 'list' breakdown of the form submitted.

How then do I get to view the actual form that someone has completed and sent to me?

    Kind regards

If I'm understanding you correctly, the one you receive with a "list" of breakdown is the email notification set up in your form.

    Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

You can customize or format the content of the emails you receive when your form gets successfully submitted.

I noticed that you have included a "Print Form" button in your form and if you want to print the form exactly how it looks like with the submission data of your respondents, then I suggest you add an edit link {edit_link} of your form in the content of your form's email notification.

It will show an "Edit Submission" link in the email notification that you will receive, you can click that link and print the form (by clicking the Print Form button) when it loads together with the submission data.

The "Edit Submission" link has the same effect as the "Edit this Submission" link that can be found at the bottom of the email notification content.
