Forwarding emails to other recipients

I work for an online men's wedding rental store

What I'd like to do is send a form to the groom which they can use to input the outfit they want their groomsmen to wear and then be able to forward a copy of the completed form to his groomsmen

We have 2 types of email alerts here in JotForm, email notification and autoresponder email.

The email notification is the email alert that you will receive when someone completed the form. While the autoresponder email is the email confirmation that the user will receive after completing the form.

I suggest you create multiple autoresponder emails and make the groomsmen field as the recipient. In this way, the email address that will be entered in that field will receive the autoresponder emails.
