We are still evaluating and are impressed so far. Recently I have 2 instances where either sendingto a group email did not work or sending to more than 2 people did not work. (the members of the group email did not receive the submitted form and neither did the 3rd, 4th and 5th listed individuals on another form)

The limit for the free account to forward or reply emails on the Submissions page is 20 total per hour. For the Paid accounts, the limit is 100 per hour. If you're planning to forward/reply for more than 20 per hour, you need to upgrade to any paid plan. If you're referring to the Notification emails, you can add multiple recipients up to 10 per notification email. To add multiple recipients in the notification email, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients
If the issue persists, please provide the form ID or form link so we can check it further. Also, try filling up the form manually and click the submit button to test all the email recipients.
