Form is not displaying analytics data.

now all the Analytics data has disappeared too!

I did check your form's analytics report and it does display the analytics report correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

Yes, but the details of those who have submitted responses don't show up anymore.  at least I had the data that way, if not in a more convenient spreadsheet form. 

I'm not sure what you're referring to in Analytics. All information related to submitter you can find in Submissions page, where all data submitted by them will be:

In analytics, you can only see devices used, countries from which your users submitted etc.:
