My form is not working on my site

I click the submit button and the button changes to Please wait... and nothing happens.

I then did a test submission on your site, and can confirm I am getting the error there too!

Its likely that the embed method you have chosen is not suitable for your website. Somtimes there is conflicts if you use allot of javascript for example. The best embed method is the iFrame. It will work identically to the stand alone form.

I actually changed the way its embedded and its working fine now.  Thanks!
