Where will the data be stored for embeded form?

Asked by robert coulton  on July 07, 2017 at 02:35 AM

if I embed the form code into our internal sharepoint site, is the data that we capture still stored on your server, or is it on my local sharepoint ?
need to understand where the data captured is actually physically stored.

When you embed the form on your internal site, you are using the source code of the form. Part of the source code is to send the data to your account storage by default. However, you can also try to export or integrate the data using Google drive.

Here is an article that might help you integrate with Google drive.

You can also export data into your excel

Anyway, the bottom line here is that, submissions are stored on our server and can be seen in your account too. Hope that helps. Let us know if you have any other concerns.
