    Yes I see that once you submit it doesnt progress. Just says "Please wait".

    You need to understand how a form is embedded. Because some embed methods work better than others. For example the javascript embed method often conflicts with other scripts on the same page.

    The solution is to remove what you currently have and use the iFrame embed method instead. It will behave better.
